"International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft - HSC Code 2000", published by Maritime and Coastguard Agency. These Instructions are issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport for the guidance of marine surveyors in the surveying of High-Speed Craft the keels of which are laid or which are at a similar stage of construction on or after 1st July 2008 for the purpose of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004 (as amended), which replaces the 1996 Regulations.
