Return Window
All return and exchange requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Selling Region
We sell and deliver exclusively within India. Returns are only accepted from customers with delivery addresses within India.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products:
Defective / Problem Returns
- Book arrived physically damaged
- Wrong book delivered
- Book missing from the package
- Defective printing
Non-Defective Returns
- Changed your mind
- No longer need the book
- Ordered by mistake
- Any other reason — no questions asked
Return Condition Requirement
The book must be returned in the same condition as when we sent it to you — brand new, unread, with no marks, highlights, or damage. The original packaging must be intact.
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange within the 15-day return window.
- The returned book must be in the same new, original condition
- Exchange can be for any book available on our website
- If the new book costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the balance
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee. Returns are completely free.

- Attach a photo of the book and packaging
- Our team will respond within 24 hours and send you a return shipping label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
