Handling Time & Order Cutoff

• Processing days: Monday to Friday (we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays)
• Order cutoff time: 10:00 PM IST — orders placed before 10 PM on a working day are processed the same day or the next working day
• Minimum handling time: 1 business day
• Maximum handling time: 2 business days

Orders placed after 10 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day (Monday–Friday).

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from our warehouse in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Transit time: 2–6 business days depending on your location
• Total estimated delivery: 3–8 business days from order date
• Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days
• Rural / remote areas: 5–8 business days

Shipping Partners

We ship via Shiprocket, which routes orders through carriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and XpressBees based on your pin code and availability. Every shipment comes with a tracking number sent to your registered email and phone.

Packaging

Books are packed in protective cartons or bubble-wrapped envelopes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For fragile or heavy books, we use double-layer packaging.

PAN India Delivery

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes. To check COD availability at your location, enter your pin code on the product page before ordering.
